(No joking, I have a LifeProof cover for my phone and brought it solely for pictures when we go out on treks and all of a sudden I'm getting voicemails, emails, texts, etc. Do your phone/social media "business and catching up" at the beach, middle of the island by Bailey's and or Jerry's or out in the middle of the refuges. It was a lovely adventure, saw manatees, dolphins, beautiful birds! Can't beat it! The wifi worked but service was spotty on the grounds- don't expect to actually speak to someone on the phone, especially in emergency. My husband and I brought our kayaks and put in right there and went out along the canals and made our way to the Bay. The pool is wonderful! The canal in the back is so peaceful. It came with everything you needed, kitchen and supplies, coffeemaker and filters, a second bathroom. I think there should've been a ceiling fan in the living room, though. It took a while for the air conditioners to kick in, but at least there was a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Laundry, grills, beach supplies, towels, etc. The owners are super nice and readily available to help you in anything you need. Comfortable, friendly, casual space to rest and enjoy your vacation in a pet friendly environment.
